Started Teaching IPT at Terrace in 1991
Unable to find a text book that did all I wanted, so began writing and photocopying
Edition 1 used a program called RCOM - distributed text file archives - primitive formatting, no illustrations and limited 'link style'
Intro to Telecommunication through Keylink - lead to experimentation in 'Online' service called Nexus
First accessed WWW (Via Lynx in a Unix Shell) through Nexus
Attended a SLIP/Net course hosted by QSITE, got Trumpet and Netscape V2 - Wow!
Assumed Webmastry must be hard - graphical and timeconsuming (wrong+right)
Attended a QSITE HTML Workshop (...thanks Michelle) and so it began...
