Anyone who has seen any of the “Lord of the Rings/Hobbit” movies will recognise the profile of this hat:

Gandalf the Grey wore a wondrous felt hat like this, Mike Luo’s “Witches Hat”.

My test fold of this, on plain photocopy paper, looked more like the Potterverse’s Sorting Hat, but his one looks more wearable.

Based on a crease pattern, the shaping is something I am still working on, but the general structure is fun. Folded from a square of Lokta, I am sure the shaping here could be improved by wet-folding.
